A reminder to all residents: Using motorized vehicles, other than Power Mobility Devices(PMD) such as wheelchairs, is strictly prohibited on the Green Trails paths or within theGTIA common area. Prohibited motorized vehicles include but are not limited to electric bicycles (e-bikes), electric scooters, electric skateboards, All-terrain vehicles (ATVs), offhighway
motorcycles or dirt bikes, Utility Terrain Vehicles (UTVs or side-by-side vehicles), snowmobiles, and four-wheel-drive vehicles. Violations are addressed in the Village of Lisle ordinance, and any infrac-tions may be referred to the police for further action if necessary. Additionally, it’s courteous to call out ‘on your left’ when passing others on your bike. Let’s remember safety and etiquette when using the trails for all to enjoy.
